Before beginning the process of setup, it’s advised to obtain the IP address for each PC being setup for 360 Payments credit card processing.
From the AutoPower main
menu screen, select the “Utilities Menu”.
The Utilities Menu screen will be displayed. From this menu, select “360 Payment Setup MENU”.
The 360 Payments setup menu will be displayed.
Once on the 360 Payments Setup Menu, select the option “Pair/Unpair Payment Terminal” to pair the payment terminal. The Pair/Unpair Payment Terminal screen will be displayed.
Pairing: In the “Payment Terminal” field, enter the serial number of the payment terminal. Now click on “Pair”. Once the payment terminal has been paired, its serial number will be listed in “Paired Payment Terminals” list.
Click on the “Close” button to exit the Pair/Unpair Payment Terminal screen.
Unpairing: To unpair a terminal, select its serial number from the list and click the “Unpair” button. The list will be refreshed and the serial number will be removed.
From the 360 Payments Setup Menu, select the option “Assign Payment Terminal”.
The Assign Payment Terminal screen will be displayed.
On the Assign Payment Terminal screen, Click the “Add” button. A window will appear.
Using the drop-down list for the “Payment terminal S/N (Serial Number)” field, select the serial number of the terminal you want to assign.
In the “Workstation IP-address” field, enter the IP address of the Workstation
PC you want to assign the terminal to.
Uses the description field to name the terminal assignment as something recognizable. Some naming examples would be “Front Desk Terminal”, “Workstation 1 Terminal”, “Primary Terminal”, etc.
Click the OK button to confirm. The terminal assignment will be made
and now be listed in on the Assign Payment Terminal screen.
On the Assign Payment Terminal screen, select the terminal from the list and click the Edit button. A window will appear with all of the terminal’s information. Make the edits you desire and then click OK to save them.
To delete a terminal assignment, select the terminal from the list and click the Edit button A window will appear with all of the terminal’s information. Click the Delete button and this will close the window and remove the terminal assignment from the list.
