If the Swipe Card option is grayed out, the terminal is not correctly paired with the PC or there is no terminal assigned to the workstation.
Select the Edit menu on the upper left of the Credit Card Payment screen.
Selecting the “Pair/Unpair Payment Terminal” option will open the Pair/Unpair Payment Terminal screen. This is the same screen that’s found via the 360 Payments Setup MENU. You can check the serial number of the terminal and make sure it has been paired or pair it now if it has not.
Selecting the “Assign Payment Terminal” will open the Assign Payment Terminal screen. This is the same screen that’s found via the 360 Payments Setup MENU. You can use this screen to assign terminals or correct terminal assignments.
