The AutoPower System uses X-Charge's secure off site "vault" for storing the credit card information for future transactions. Credit card numbers stored in the Vault can be used for all future transactions using the last 4 digits of the credit card as reference.
To enable the use of the X-charge secure vault for a customer, the “Retain CC Y/N?” setting must be set to “Y” (Yes) in the Customer Master Record.
